Absa ***** about sending a settlement letter

I took a student loan for my son to go to varsity with Absa. I settled there debt in Dec 2021 after struggling to keep it up to date. I have not received any confirmation from Absa that my debt has been settled after I've requested so many times for it to be send to me.
