ABSA Document Submission Query and Possible *****???

App**** online for a credit limit increase and need to supply my documents. I have received a few sms to submit my documents with different email addresses to submit to. These seems quite weird as the emails ends with "@i-talk.co.za" and "absa.africa" Are these legit or ********** as I know absa email addresses end with "absa.co.za"? I have even received a call asking me to submit my documents to the i-talk email address. Being a victim of ***** I am quite skeptical about submitting my documents to these addresses. If they re ********** then it means there are personnel within ABSA monitoring client activity and if they are not *****ullent then why on earth does ABSA use an email suffix as i-talk?
