ABSA DOBSONVILLE

My grandmother went to ABSA Dobsonville branch this morning to do a deposit. My grandmother is visually impaired on her left eye and needs assistance when she at a store. When she asked for assistance, the worker refused and told her to do it herself. Mind due, the very same absa workers were seen helping other people. This is such an unfortunate situation that people have to endure everyday. The customer service was really bad and they also have a very bad attitude
