ABSA - Do not want your business. Don't bother.

I have my business, 2 Personal and Home Loan accounts with ABSA.<br> I app**** for a 'further advance' on my Home Loan (with wife) as individuals. They requested the normal, income and expenditure of both of us. As I own a business and am self employed they requested a letter from my Auditor stating proof of income and statements for the business. I also provided Balance sheets and 3 months statements. Then it was down hill.<br> Carmen then requests Full Management Accounts no older than 2 months and Fin Statements for 2 years. I rep**** that this was ridiculous as there was an Auditor's letter and why would I need to spend upward of R10k to get these documents when my application is as an individual for a personal Home Loan.<br> Response: Not interested, supply the docs or cancel the application.<br> I complained and threatened to remove all my business! No response. Eventually email to say referred to Management. Again no response. Then email to say where are forms? What happened to the refer to Management? Another complaint and another response she has referred to supervisors etc. Hear nothing. Obviously she never referred and therefore say good bye to all my business/accounts.<br> Hello NEDBANK
