Iv been trying with no success to get a settlement offer to pay this loan off! Iv called into the call centre and lodged a complaint and no one has contacted me! Iv sent 2 emails to Absa ceo Maria Ramon and no RESPONSE! To get my business Absa is so quick! But now they don't want me to close off this account! Is this your business? To cheat and take people's money! Should I not Hear From You Today, I Will Refer This Matter To The Ombudsman! Maria Ramon, thank you for not caring about your clients. The reason you have a Job! I want my settlement amount in writing today! Should I not receive a response, I would have every right to take this further!
