Absa dissappoints every time

I currently have 70k on hold in my absa account and I have had to figure out what the case is about all by myself as consultants cannot give me the correct information.I have sent in all proofs of previous,smaller cases that has been requested but I am yet to hear from an investigator.For some reason absa sent an email on my behalf to have some of my business associates accounts blocked and the case has been resolved a while ago but not no one can tell me who executed this and my associates have missed out on business since.I have written many reviews on hellopeter and will continue to do so until the staff at absa do their jobs.This is the only way I ever get contacted by an investigators.Please,please assist in this matter as I feel that I just want to resolve current cases and leave absa bank at this point
