Absa dissapointed client.

I have laid multiple call logs for assistance with a copy of one letter which I had previously received from Absa Trust, it has been months on end with no help received from anyone. They just send me from pillar to post and this is quite frustrating as I am in need of this particular letter to submit for some claims. Really disappointed in the level of customer care I have experienced after being a client of this particular bank for such a long time.
