ABSA Dishonest about their Dragonpass Airport Access

I have an ABSA account that gives me access to the Dragonpass Airport Lounge program. In August I will be flying from Cape Town to Greece with a 7h55 layover in Doha. As I have been to the lounge there before with my "Priority Pass" from ABSA I thought it should not be a problem, but now ABSA tells me that I will not be allowed access to the lounge with the ABSA Dragonpass they gave me! The "Al Maha Lounge" is clearly part of the Dragonpass lounges as listed on their website and ABSA clearly states on the opening page of their ABSA Dragonpass page the following: "Enjoy access to airport lounges affiliated to DragonPass". I have been paying hefty fees on this ABSA account mainly for this service, even though I have not used it in 5 years. Now that I need it they tell me it is useless to me!

Reviewer Update
I am clearly not the only unhappy customer and ABSA made it clear that they do not care. So my advice to anybody looking at the travel benefits would be as follows: I have closed my account with ABSA now and I moved eveything to Nedbank. They offered me a better service with 10 international lounge visits as well as unlimited local lounge visits. They use the Priority Pass system, so you will have access to all the Priority Pass Program lounges, including Doha. The Nedbank Professional Client account has more advantages and services and the monthly cost is very similar to the ABSA Platinum account.
