Absa disgusting service

I have had no issues with Absa until recently. I emailed a complaint regarding my rewards tier drop, it's been a month and I have heard nothing as to why someone is fiddling with my profile. No changes have been made on my side so why is Absa changing things on their side, it's absolutely frustrating when the call centre agents are of no help. I then app**** for a Women in business business account with 6 months no account fee yet 15 days into having the account opened I'm being charged a fee and still no response on this matter. Absa the lack of service is shocking!!!
