ABSA - Disgusting Customer Service No Resution

We had a query. The customer care and true understanding of service and assistance is non-existent. When you call then you have the prompt service it does not work. You speak to a min of 4 people only to be told they cannot help. All my airtime and data was wasted. No one calls you back. You receive messages to say the query will be closed, yet it was never fixed. I received one call and I was told that the person was finishing in 20 minutes so they would call back. Guess what no callback! Disgusting. Then at the end of it no resolution found even though the individual has had accounts with them for over 40 years! I feel very sorry for people who are treated like this after they have been nothing but loyal and committed to the ABSA brand. Even after explaining the stress and upset this is causing no consideration.
