Absa Disgusting again
Disgusting again. I did a negative review on ABSA a month ago as it is the only way I could get a response. I made a payment arrangement on my Revolving Loan account as I have lost my job. The arrangement was kindly granted and now I have another department in Absa hounding me for the outstanding despite paying my agreed installment on my payment arrangement. Absa is threatening that this will affect my credit record and relationship with Absa but I did a payment arrangement that nobody now seems to know about. Your complaint reference number is C-***7. My name is Marvellus Chauke and, I will facilitate the resolution process for you. The payment of R1000 was agreed to by Marvellus. Calling and email has not been rep**** to but I still get threatened. Absolutely disgusting from Absa.
