ABSA DISFUNCTIONAL LEGAL DEPARTMENT

<p>After experiencing financial problems where because I signed surety for a failed property development I was sequestrated in 2009. All my accounts with Absa was closed and property sold at auction. I was then rehabilitated in 2015 by the high court. I tried to open a savings account with Absa in 2015 only to realise that my bond accounts was never closed although properties was sold at auction years ago. I provided Absa again with all my details and they rep**** that they will update system. Now two years later I app**** for finance at another institution only to be laughed at because I was suddenly listed on the 19/12/2015 by ABSA for being under administration. WOW. I send them my rehabilitation order they list me as being under administration. when you phone them they first advise you that you are in arears with youre credit card and then the next guy advise you that it is actually your cheque account from 2008. I have paid my dues for making a silly mistake in 2005. Must I take this Abuse for ever.</p>
