ABSA Diseased department very bad service

My mother died 20 years ago. We only recently discovered that she still have an ABSA account. All 3 children are in the Netherlands and the estate has to be settled. I was in South Africa in July 2024 and handed everything in by hand at ABSA Tokai, Cape Town. Back in the Netherlands we found a copy of a will. We suspect it is at ABSA Silverton. I sent an email to the Diseased department, but no answer.
