ABSA discriminates against disabled and locals

Employing two foreigners to replace an ATM at The Islands. They parked in the disabled parking. I needed to kick up a stink about the parking before the truck was moved. ABSA shouldn't employ foreigners where South Africans can do the work. I hardly think ATM replacement is on the scarce skills list. Its not the disabled persons fault their parking is by the door. Disabled parking aren't meant for contractors.
