ABSA Disappoints

I have been trying for almost a month to get my car registration papers sent to me from a car paid off YEARS ago. ABSA has been so useless and unhelpful. I have been asked to send through documents (ID, car license disc, POP..) which I did almost a month ago. They are so useless that they can't even find the documents and are now asking me to send them again. Every time I reply to their email, I get a NEW and DIFFERENT case number! It is such a pathetic and useless system and not what I would expect from such a large company.
