Absa disappointment of a bank

Does Absa even have the right staff working for them? I have been on the phone since 8am trying to open a flexi savings account to enable me to switch and have my salary paid into Absa but No I am sent from pillar to post. I am now even considering going to another bank. Absa is a disappointment.
