ABSA disappointing and appalling customer service!

It is so unfortunate that I took out a credit card with ABSA as a new client - paid my installment as I needed too and still got listed as being 1 month in arrears with the credit bureaus. the call centre staff is absolutely *********** - they have no interest in assisting on a call and just drop the calls. i am so appalled by the pathetic service - I will switch back to nedbank
