Absa - disappointing
I tried contacting Absa regarding debit order reversal and I they say you can't do it over the phone but yet it says you can on the banking app? I have 2 debit orders that I want to reverse and I get told they can't.... Absa is really not living up to expectation... If you can do it online ( I don't have that option) then surely u can do it over the phone... Absa please assist!!!
