Good Day

I was offer to apply for an increase on my credit card. I asked for R7000 which was granted. Yesterday I had to call several times just to ask why no money was in my account. The first agent cut me off and never called me back. The second agent wants me to complete everything all over again.... Waisting my time ..... This is unacceptable!

I spend hours on the phone and then to hear the person is going home!
