ABSA destroys my dream of a new house.

I have written to Absa to assist and they failed to be of assistance I sent them an email as per the below of a loan account that was opened in my name in 2008.... Hello I was in school at the time and had no income what so ever I would have never thought of going to them for a loan as I had no income to pay it with.. Hell I was still living off my parents and off an allowance that beardly mad it to R50.00 how on earth would I have opened/requested a personal loan with no income only they know. Sad it the soul that approved that loan. they then have the nerve of having said that there was a top up amount on that same loan in 2013, the kicker is that the loan was taken in my ****en surname?? I got married in 2011 and have since been using my husband's last name for all my account. on that loan in 2 I have yet to hear form them....

The reason for me writing to you today is to request urgent intervention and assistance from you regarding an account listed as having been opened by myself with your institution. The discovery this account and the additional top up of funds on this accounts came as a shock to me as it was made while we are in the processes of applying for a home loan with your bank. We where told that this was the main reason for the home loan being declined.

For the sake of reaching a speedy resolution to this matter, I have included both the contract and ***** departments as I believe that both departments need to be assisting me in this matter. We had to go into you branch to try and determine what account was being referred to and who it belonged to between my self and my husband, that is were I obtained the information stated below.

I will not dispute that I had a savings account opened at school through your consultants how even I can tell you that the account has not served its purpose as I was a student.

At the contacts department please assist in provide the contract agreement set to have been take out in the following years as stated below. I have also included the ***** department to also assist with the investigation in this matter with hopes that they will provide us with the answers needed to resolve this and hopefully assist in clearing this matter up for me.

I would also like to add that the timeline of these accounts are not supportive of the information I will provide to you that now has me questioning how they could have been opened in my name

2008 I was in school with no job or income to apply for a loan.

2013 I was married and using my ID as attached stating my marital surname, now my question is would this have not been picked up when they app**** for a top up onto the loan that I was set to have taken out?

2013 I was not banking with Absa I had a Bank account with one of the other banks. So I would like to know where the money was deposited to in the regard
