Absa destroying my credit score and cannot be contacted
Absa is taking money for my revolving loan on a monthly basis but on my credit report it shows ive been handed over and im not up to date with payments. I've been trying to contact absa but my calls keep going to dead air after they transfer me. You are destroying my credit score and you have terrible service. I want this cleared up now so I can rather have FNB take over the loan from you people.

11 Dec 2018, 11:08Worst bank ever. They list you as handed over on the credit bureau but you aren't handed over. They say the account is up to date but put the incorrect information on the bureaus and refuse to remove it. Emailed the CEO as well who doesn't seem to understand that it doesnt matter if the account is fine on ABSAs its what they put on the Bureau that matters. I will dispute this with the Bureaus and ABSA will need to show that the account is handed over. Then I will get FNB to take over the account. I want nothing to do with this bank and will make sure everyone knows about the way they treat clients
