ABSA Destroyed my credit record

I am absolutely disgusted with ABSA bank. My vehicle is financed with them. I have been trying to buy a new vehicle for 2 months and no one wants to accept me as my 'payment profile is **********'. I can't even open a Mr. Price account. I missed ONE payment on October 2014 and had a double payment in November 2014. Apparently I was suppose to pay R26.21 for the inflation because the payment came back. I was suppose to pay cash at an ABSA branch but this was never communicated to me. Now apparently my vehicle payment is 7 months in arrears!!! I will NEVER make use of them again. I am changing banks, and I advise everyone to stay away from ABSA as they WILL get your credit record in the red as well.
