Absa ***** department (victim of ****** identity)

I was a victim of ***** after losing my ID in 2017. I was informed that my ID was used in *****ulent activity at absa. I have been struggling to fix this issue as people from Absa ***** department have been living me hanging from 2019 cause this is when I found out. I found this out in an attempt to try open an account with capitec.

I would like absa to provide the signature that was used and prove that is mine as their are failing to assist me in reclaiming my credit score. This is an emotional strain as it is affecting my buying power pls assist.
