ABSA ***** Department Unreachable
Desperately trying to get through the ***** Department. Three calls in and currently holding on for 17 minutes. Why is the ***** line not treated as priority? Absolutely poor service from ABSA. Seriously doubt I am going to get any assistance with my query.
