Absa ***** department staff not fit to assist customers!!

Absa ***** department personal in particular Stellah refuses to help me as i am traveling abroad and she demands i send through a affidavit from the police station and cant understand that this is not possible and simply closed the chat.

Is this how we treat out 20year loyal customers when they are in need of assistance?
