ABSA ***** department pathetic service!! Zero interest from ABSA side in service delivery to clients!!

ABSA ***** department couldn’t care less to say the least!! I have a ***** case which I reported 2 months ago and I still have received ZERO feedback from ABSA. I sent through all the relevant documents and evidence immediately as well as a SAPS case number.

I was told I will have feedback within 6 weeks, but even now I have NO feedback from them. When I enquired I was simply told they still investigating…2 months later they are not responding to my follow up emails and I’m unable to get through to them telephonically because you are out on hold forever!!

I am disgusted and disappointed by the service I have received ( the lack of service rather ).

I want my 90k back please ABSA!!
