Absa ***** Department Doesn't Care About Clients who reported ***** Cases

Absa doesn't care about clients that reported *****..I reported a case to them on 6 June 2023 and send them affidavit as well as police case number and I keep on sending them emails even to such a extent of using my last money to call them but till to date no one ***** investigation specialist contacted me..They keep on replying to my emails that I'll ve contacted but is almost a month full and no one bothers to give me a feedback of my case..I lost money in a strange way but Absa seem not to care about that..I don't think I will ever recommend anyone to bank with Absa..I went through a lot everyday I'm stressed..I don't even know the ***** specilaist whether is a male or female who is investigating my case..THIS IS NOT HOW A POTENTIAL CLIENT SHOULD BE TREATED..I have been banking with Absa since 2004 but now I lost hope in this bank..I'm heart broken..Absa ***** Department doesn't take us serious..
