Absa ***** Department

I had *****ulent activities on my Absa account on 29 January 2026 amounting to about R21,200. I received a case number from the SAP and reported it to Absa ***** Department within a few days. Although I received acknowledgement of receipt email from them, I am yet to talk to someone. I called them about 6 or 7 times, speak to a different person every time and get the assurance someone will call me back. Nothing yet. Very unhappy.
