Absa demanding payments even with relief plans in place.
I have made Absa aware multiple times and responded to so many sms messages that my income has been affected by Covid 19. But I still receive demanding messages and phone calls to pay up. I dont understand. Are my accounts on a relief plan or not???

09 Sept 2020, 19:14Thanks for the reply. I would like to know why I need to pay the arrears amount in the middle of the month when it clearly states on my statement that the arrears or excess amount is included in the minimum payment, due at the end of the month. This is the first time in all the years as an Absa client that I have received messages like this. If I could close my accounts tomorrow, I would.
