ABSA deliberately manipulate ABSA Rewards Tier

ABSA has been deliberately excluding two properties, 4 cars, insurance, personal loan etc. to reduce my ABSA rewards Tier to not have to pay. This has been ongoing for months.

I am entitled to 30% discounts at Food *****s, PnP, Woolworths, Sasol etc. but with Tier 3 they now opted to put me on I only get R175 rewards vs R2 200 rewards. Escalating to the Banking Services Ombudsman.
