Absa deliberately delay deduction of over draft

I've actively tried to reduce my over draft on my Account for the last week, and Absa is just not doing it. <br> I've visited the branch 3 times for the same issue, and all they tell every time is, it's sorted now, and will be reduced by the end of the day. Which never happens. <br> <br> I am going to be charged interest for on this money which I've desperately trying to pay back. <br> <br> Yesterday I receive a call from the branch, telling me I have to sign a form to allow them to be able to reduce the overdraft. This is the first time I hear about this, and I've been to this branch 3 times already. <br> <br> I signed the form and mailed it back, but instead of them telling me there is a problem opening the file, they just reply to mail. Which I only discover an hour ago. Clearly not interested in helping my get to the bottom of this issue. <br> <br> I want to change banks as soon as my salary is in.
