ABSA delayed service

Once more no service from ABSA. I did a review 3 months ago regarding my credit Business card. First it did not show the correct limit when you transfer money on the the card. Second I hade to do a recon from 2 credit accounts not just 1. Thirdly the card stopped working once a month for days. Then ABSA contacted me and did have a solution for this by sending me a Business debit card. I now have this card for 3 weeks and have tried to get it activated with my Business manager and the funds transvers from the credit account to this Debit account and to show card on my Internet banking with no results. For 3 weeks we hade to do cash out of the Tills and disbur*****ts to buy all we need for the company. This was the reason we got the card in the first place is not to work with cash. Hopefully ABSA will find this review and contact me so that I can finally get this problem resolved.
