Absa delay in Updating my credit profile

I have recently settled my loan account with Absa yet on my credit profile it has not been updated as paid up. This is affecting my scoring and I am in the process of buying a house but this loan account is affecting my score. Please update the account as paid up. There is really no rational reason to take several weeks for something that can literally be done in a few minutes!!!
