Absa Delay
Absa is by far the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for an online transaction reversal to be completed. They stuffed up initially with the transaction and allowed me to reverse it, then tell me it takes 24-48 hours. It's been a week and I haven't received the money back as yet.
