Hi i was de*****ed R 2083.52 from something called ENAPPD for an online purchase of which i did not do , i dont have any links with this vendor nor do they have my banking details. i phoned Absa ***** line immediately upon receiving this sms and was advised they needed to do an investigation. i only do purchases from secure sites with valid security certificates which prompt for OTP . i never recieved any OTP for this so called transaction i did not get any notification nor otp sms just an sms saying ENAPPD reserved that money for a purchase. This is not the first time this occured as i had the same issue occur last year around the same time.
