Absa deducts unauthorised debit orders repeatedlyCase

On 20 October 2023 an extra debit order for which there was no debi-check mandate was deducted on top of the mandated debit order. I put in a complaint and the unauthorised amount was paid back. Matter resolved I thought. On 20 November the exact same thing happened. Unauthorised debit order deducted on top of the mandated one. I emailed Complaints Resolution about this recurring problem on 20 November but haven't received acknowledgement and this is more than 24 hours now.
