ABSA deducts money from EFT

I deposited R20 000 from my bank to my parent's ABSA account via EFT. I was totally appalled to find that ABSA deducted R500 for service fees. That money was intended for my parents, and NOT for ABSA. I am pretty sure that my bank charges me for the EFT costs. The fact the ABSA wants their cut is just inexcusable
