ABSA Deducting without any consent!!!

ABSA processed a DEBIT order through RCCS Bos J with an amount of R1638 on 31 July 2018 from my Absa Cheque Account to my Credit Card Account, WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!! I did however inform them that I'm busy settling the full amount and that this will take approximately 2 months. But for the time being I will not be making any payments to my credit card and whatever is in arrears will also be settled. EVERYTHING would have been settled by 7 Aug.

However Absa still proceeded and deducted this amount from my Cheque account wich would have been part of the settlement.

What right does the bank have to go into the my account, WITHOUT consent and debit the amount? They could have informed me!!! Please REFUND the money IMMEDIATELY!!!
