Absa deducting my account when they want too.

I am totally furious with Absa life who been debuting my life policy on the incorrect date. My salary gets paid on the 25th of each month but they decide to dedit my account on the 15th since October till December. I been told in December that the matter been resolved and they will restart the policy and pay back my installments which they never did. This month I expected the debit order to go off on the correct date but to my surprise they debit the account much earlier on the 10 which is rediculous. I want my installments paid back to me as promised and want them to deduct my account on the correct date because they won't pay my bank fees if I do not have money in my account. I am going to get a bank statement and if I am paying fees for this early deductions from Absa I want them to pay me the bank fees as well.
