Absa deducting more than the agreed money as per contract
Took a loan with absa, my contract clearly states i will pay R454 every month including any service fee and credit life protection. Month end they debited R494 and i went to an absa branch. The consultant just told me she does not know why they took R494. Really? There is money involved and someone does not know!
