ABSA deducting money with no authorisation for Vehicle insurance

Honestly really over this. Since October 2024, I have been sharing a copy of my vehicle policy schedule. Needless to say, this has not been acknowledged. I have sent numerous emails to various emails that have been shared with via sms and I have also called.

Money was deducted from my account which I reversed, rightly so because I have submitted the required documentation. Getting threatening sms's is not my idea of great customer service. You are once again attempting to deduct money from my account and list failure to pay on my credit record because of your failure to do your job.

I expect this to be remedies ASAP. I do not work to just give my money away. Very unimpressed.
