ABSA deducted my homeloan twice

I signed my debit order to go off on the 25th of the month. It did go through successfully 25 June. But ABSA took another payment 1 July. So basically ABSA stole my money and now they say they can only give it back in 3 working days. It is Thursday so the money will only be returned next week. Calling the action line does not help because they also take 3 working day. I want the money that ABSA stole from me.
