ABSA DEDUCTED EXTRA R2000 ON MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONSCENT

I have since December 2018 been paying my Toyota Hilux through ABSA vehicle finance, and well paying.

Today, 27 August 2020 ABSA has deducted R2000 more of the normal installment without my knowledge. I at my cost called the relevant office.

I was advised that ABSA assumed that I do not have insurance . I asked how and why. How Toyota would have released a brand new car without the insurance as such is compulsory. The consultant told me that SMS was sent so when I did not respond, ABSA went ahead and deducted the money. I confirmed I never even received an ssms, and incorrect cellphone number was confirmed to me that it was sent to, even the fact that I was given or recorded my number incorrectly sounds very ***** to me when that comes after wrongly deducted my money.

I was then told again at my cost, contact king price to get proof of insurance and send it to you. Unfortunately I do not have money to do that, nor time to do that but want my money today still, otherwise I will go to another bank get vehicle finance and reverse the whole amount and rather have you blacklist me than you robbing me of my hard earned money.

I must pay my other family expenses so I want my money.

I have insurance for my car, if you needed the surery of my insurance as my vehicle financer you could have asked that professionally not this manner.
