ABSA Declining Home Loan Application

So I found my dream home and went via CMC group to see which bank will offer me the best rates...<br> CMC thanks for your fast service!<br> I currently bank with ABSA my whole life-my whole Family does and also my business which runs a turnover of R6.5-R7.5mil per year.<br> I just received an email that I was declined based on stupid facts such as proof of income etc.<br> My accountant did send a letter and I gave them 6months statements and 2 year's financials but they still can't see that I and my wife can afford the house.<br> Our combined income of R50 000 pm-me having 2 flats on my name-1 bought cash doesn't mean anything to them.<br> Thanks Standard bank for approving my Home Loan-I guess you just sealed the deal for getting all my bank accounts including my business accounts.<br>
