Fed up with ABSA is stating it mildly!

i have been trying to purchase items via Amazon.com (the biggest e-commerce site in the world). Amazon doesn't require a CVV number for a purchase as the transaction is processed by Amazon when an order is ready to be shipped without user interaction and as no CVV number may be saved on their system the transaction gets processed with only the card number, expiry date, name of cardholder and billing address. As Amazon is a non-merchant of 3D secure without 3D secure as well. No one at ABSA can provide a solution for me to approve this purchase that Amazon is trying to make without CVV number. It's shocking as you'd think with all the regulations in the US that if Amazon doesn't require the use of a CVV number to process a valid transaction why do SA banks? By only allowing a user to make an online purchase if they're the ones to process the transaction and not the supplier means that no-one in SA with a card that requires a CVV number will be able to make purchases from Amazon. I want this fixed or at the least for Amazon to be whitelisted on my profile so that this purchase can be authorized and not ****** declined again!
