Absa declined my claim

Absa life declined my claim after giving me run around for a year. Ms Daria Adams denied it but I am not satisfied at all she said I do not qualify how come because I am sick? She said I have returned to work. that the discs have been removed in my spine and I have artificial discs she said I doesn't mean anything. To my surprise she phoned me on her cell phone, after a long fight she send me a letter saying I did not disclose that long before I took the cover I also consulted a general doctor?lol if I remember correctly I answered all their questions when taking a policy how would I know that their financial advisor missed anything ?Absa life. After she made me waist a lot of money because she was repeating queries. You know she started taking me seriouse or even respond to me after I wrote to you my complain. I would not recommend Absa not even to my worse enemy I am highly disappointed
