ABSA deceiving pricing structure

I am really not happy about my banker my first query was in July but not even once I have received communication from Solette. I have been in Vryburg and Delareyville banks but still could not get any joy as she was not around.

I also went through the attached account pricing structure it does not state any payments of Internet banking fees, I get charged per transaction but statement reflect differently, NO admin fee stated on the chart sheet, unauthorized fee? PLEASE EXPLAIN, and external debit orders show R18.50 but I was charged R18.66 my monthly account fee is R70.00 but I get charged R70.61.
