ABSA deceased for services
I have been trying to get a hold of ABSA estates department for months, not a single department has contacted me. I have endless reference numbers. I have emailed about 70 times, called about 15 times and even went to the branches for assistance with a waiver letter. Absa has absolutely no interest in assisting customers who have been with them for decades. The service is absolutely **********. I will NEVER bank with ABSA. I need to get assistance.

I need you to contact me *** *** get my details and supply me with a waiver letter to proceed to appoint an executor for my mother's deceased estate which is too small for your bank to deal with. I urgently require the letter as I have sold my mother's house. I have been asking for assistance since February and no one is getting back to me. This service is unacceptable. My pare ts have supported your bank for decades. I need this letter in the next 21 days
