ABSA DECEASED ESTATES: SERVICE ABYSMAL

We, as a family, with assistance from legal representation in the estate resolution of a family member, who has numerous investments etc with ABSA, are experiencing a terribly poor lack of response in the settlement of this estate. This is ongoing for several months. The second extension at the masters office has also been requested recently . Is anyone at ABSA (deceased estate department) able to assist please?
