ABSA deceased estates is in fact not functional at all

I have been waiting for almost 4 years for ABSA to sort out my decesed partner's estate. Oddly enough they charge a small fortune to be Executors. They hire the most inefficient law firms in South Africa and frankly if you need anything done...so it yourself as ABSA takes 24 hours to return a phone call and they dont even bother to respond to emails. I am about to pull what hair I have left out. My advice is if you have your will with ABSA QUICKLY CHANGE IT.
